When PepsiCo's $1.95 billion acquisition chose the UK as Poppi's first international market, they needed a launch space that matched the brand's outsized energy. They chose 83 Rivington Street.

Three Victorian railway arches. 9,000 sq ft. Fully brandable from the Rivington Street mural wall to the last square foot of the third arch — including our outdoor garden, commercial kitchen, and professional AV and sound production.

Poppi arrived in the UK with bold fruity flavours, a billion TikTok views, and a culture-first identity that demanded more than a standard venue. Our space gave them a canvas.
