INFRASTRUCTURE

Three Victorian railway arches in Shoreditch, 9,000 sq ft and room for up to 750. A 10Gbps leased line, full-spec AV and a production team on site. This is where London’s tech community comes to build, launch and show what’s next.

Built for builders

Hackathons, AI summits, developer workshops, gaming tournaments and product launches all ask a lot of a room. Here’s what you get when you run yours at 83 Rivington Street.

The stack

Connectivity. A 10Gbps leased line, built for live streams, lag-free tournaments and rooms full of developers pulling dependencies at once.

Production. Full-spec AV, professional rigging and a Martin Audio system, ready for keynotes, demos and judging panels.

Space. 9,000 sq ft across three railway arches and an open-air courtyard, with capacity for up to 750. Run a main stage, build rooms and catering side by side.

Delivery. Our in-house production team, Big Crazy Agency, takes care of set design and brand build, with food and drink to match.

Built in London: Vercel x OpenAI. During London Tech Week 2026, AI founders, engineers and investors spent the day shipping production-ready apps and agents. Main-stage briefings, a four-hour sprint and a judging panel with Dawn Capital all ran on site.

Already shipped here
